Reconstruction of pipelines of various shapes and sizes: pressure and gravity sewage, pressure pipelines for water supply etc.
This technology allows working with all types of pipe sections with nominal diameter from 150 to 1600 mm.

Sanation by so-called “sleeve” technology – it is impregnation of the textile “sleeve” with resin that is placed into a sanitized section of a pipeline by winch, then strengthened by compressed air inside the pipe and finally is cured under the influence of ultraviolet radiation.

As a result, a new strong pipe tightly adjoins the under reconstruction pipe from the inside, exactly repeating its shape and size.

Stages of work execution:

• installation of pneumatic plugs and pumping the wastewater off in the conditions of work on existing working sewerage pipelines;
• hydrodynamic cleaning of the sanitized pipeline
• video inspection of the sanitized pipeline from inside for quality control of the cleaning process and detection of problem areas of the sanitized pipeline;
• а remote controlled robot makes the final preparation of the pipeline for tightening the liner: it removes the roots, debris or any other protruding parts;
• pulling the sleeve into the pipeline with the help of a winch;
• strengthening of a “sleeve” inside the pipeline by compressed air;
• curing the “sleeve” by ultraviolet by pulling an ultraviolet lamp through a pipe;
• the control video inspection of the sanitized pipeline.
